As said in the first paragraph, his senior Miss Cruz is reluctant to talk specifics and avoided sharing information pertinent to Romeo’s position, which means he can not work and maximize his job in the organization.  And if this happens, he will be assigned to another position, which is not really is not his fault.
 
2.        With a similar circumstance, I would probably did what Romeo has done, I will resign. Due to lack of information from my senior executive, I can not work properly work in the organization. As a senior executive, she/he is responsible to me and must teach and guide me in the organization. Leveling is what I need.
 
3.        Yes. As a manager or has a higher position in an organization who has employees under him/her must be fair and open about information needed by the employee. Employees need open and honest communication, which is leveling. Everything that an employee needs to know to make productivity in their work must come form its superior.

1.        First of  all, a school teacher must set an example for his students. Student who sees his teacher drinking outside teaching hours might affect his/her degree of respect to that teacher. If it is justified or violated the private rights of teachers, justified in a sense that a teacher must set good examples and self-discipline to his students. If it violated the teachers rights, yes,  I think so. It somehow violated their own freedom as an individual to do what they want.
2.        Yes, I agree. As a college professor, you must know the meaning of being professional and separating if personal feelings or intentions. 
No, I don’t think this policy is or must be applied if the student is no longer in class because your already outside of the boundaries and with this, I think nothing is bad in courting your former student.
3.        First reason is, your already from the company and part of the company, it will be unjust for you to be joining the raffle promo which you had made. Second is, what will other people will say to your company, if mostly of the winners are from or working in your company? The company will have a bad image because others may think your company is unjust.
