1. Why doesn’t it work?
Read the manual!
2. Why do I experience intermittent device operation?
Make sure that you
operate the device where it is far from any electronic signal emitting
devices like cell phones and radios. These could decrease the
effectiveness of the device because the Super Control Ionization and
Quiddity Enhancer Board is very sensitive from these activities.
3. What’s this unusual odor emitted by the device?
If it’s an odor other
than the patented sweet smelling scent (cherry-like) of Clean Air then
the most likely cause is an overworked filter. Kindly change the filter
by following the instructions indicated in the manual.
4. My concern was not answered here. What should I do?
There are three
different ways to send your problem…
The first is by emailing us at cleanair@gmail.com (refer to manual).
Second is by contacting us in our toll free number 1-800-CLEAN. Lastly
you could bring the device directly at our main office so that our
qualified technicians could tend to your needs.
